P&C Meeting TOMORROW

The last meeting for Term 2 is on tomorrow (14th) at 9:30am in the Computer lab.  We will be particularly discussing the upcoming Movie Night (see below), but also learning about what else is going on in the school, meeting other parents and expressing any ideas or concerns we have about Glebe Public School. Come and quick our Relieving Principal about what's happening around the place. There is also the opportunity for anyone who is interested in becoming more involved with the P&C to nominate for the position of Vice President - either as Fundraising Officer or Grant Officer or both - to work with the rest of the P&C to identify and organise fundraising and grant seeking opportunities.

Glebe Pride Tshirts

More blank tshirts ARE HERE, and we will be scrambling to get some of them printed and ready to sell at our Movie Night. Please let either Antonia or myself know if you have ANY time to help out - with printing, or ironing or anything, it would be lovely to have some variety on display at our Movie Night

Movie Night NEXT FRIDAY

Hopefully by now you all have the message that our first ever Movie Night is on Friday 21st June. All of our community are welcome, so bring your friends and neighbours along to show them what a great school we have here. There will be a sausage sizzle from 5pm, and the movies will start from about 5:45. The event is free entry, but sausages, popcorn and drinks will be available to purchase at very reasonable prices. If anyone (staff, students, parents) has any ideas of how to make this a fabulous night please let us know - it is up to all of us to showcase our school and make it a fun night for all.          PLUS there is a pile of Movie Night flyers in the office - if you can think of someplace fabulous for a poster please take one, or ten, and stick them up.
