No poetry this week. Just a reminder for two dates to put in your diary: first is the upcoming meeting at 6:30pm next Thursday 20th September. Given the important news this week of the government funding cuts, we'll all want to know how it will impact our favourite school and how we can help soften its affect on the services and teaching at Glebe. This is your opportunity to hear what Vicki and her team know about the changes ahead.

Plus we'll be voting for our new P&C president. If you want to have a say in who gets in or to run for the position yourself, the only way is by showing up. Bring a friend and come along to the computer lab at 6:30pm for a cup of tea and some conversation.

Trivia night on the 12th October is selling fast; you definitely should grab your tickets before the end of term otherwise you might miss out. See Brett or Chris in the playground, or email your details to committee@glebeschool.org.au. We can take cash, cheque or credit card. Book a whole table of 8 or come on your own. This will be a fantastic night.
