Happy Harmony Day to everyone at Glebe Public. Big thanks to Dan and Nikki and everyone else who helped make today's BBQ and picnic a great success.

Next P&C Meeting - Monday 23rd March

Our last P&C meeting for Term 1 will be held in the Computer Lab at school from 6:30pm on Monday 23rd March. 

Our guest speaker for this meeting will be Jane Stanley, the Aboriginal Engagement and Education Advisor for our region.She will be joined by our own Aunty Wendy to talk to us all about Aboriginal Cultural awareness as it relates to all children at Glebe Public School.

We will also hear back from our grants, events and merchandise sub-committees on the work they have been doing since the last meeting.

As usual, child care will be provided at Centipede. We look forward to seeing you there.

Grandparents Day next Friday - 27th March

Next Friday the school will host as many grandparents as we can find, and the P&C would like to provide an afternoon tea for them all. We would welcome any contributions to the afternoon tea (they can be brought to the canteen anytime next Friday morning), and also helpers to clear out a nice spot in the school grounds to host these lovely people. Kylie did such a wonderful job last year of cleaning tables and chairs for them all, but she would love some help this year getting things organised and serving them all refreshments. If you can help, either email or grab Jo, Kylie or myself in the playground.
