Friday - World Teachers' Day

Celebrated in over 100 countries, World Teachers' Day acknowledges the efforts of teachers in an increasingly complex, multicultural and technological society. We are fortunate at Glebe Public School to have so many truly great teachers educating our children, going above and beyond the purely academic aspects of school life. Our teachers regularly give up their own time to put on extra activities, creating opportunities to stretch and inspire our children. All of our teachers show great dedication, commitment and passion and we are truly lucky to have them here at our school. Parents, children & families, I challenge you to take the opportunity on Friday to demonstrate your appreciation for the contributions your children's teachers are making.
