Harmony Day BBQ

We will be providing a BBQ at the upcoming Harmony Day celebration on Friday 20th March. Anyone with some time to spare in the middle of the day, please let us know using the email address below.

Bunnings have kindly donated us a $100 voucher so that we can update some of our BBQ equipment, come on the day to watch BBQ Dan wield his shiny new tongs. Thanks Bunnings.

Also apparently wonderful Galuzzos have stepped up with the offer of a box of oranges (very fitting), so we'll need hands on deck to cut them up that morning!

Are you a Telstra employee - or do you know someone who is

Telstra Kids Fund will soon open for applications. Last year we managed to secure a grant through  Rowena Falzon to help with the school's sound system, but employees are only eligible to apply every 3 years. So, we are looking for a Telstra employee willing to put in a grant on the school's behalf. Further grants could be used for technology - for example to purchase 3 iPads or laptops for the school.

Grants are available for employees on behalf of not-for-profit community organisations involving kids and you don't need a familial relationship to the child to get the grant.
