P & C Meetings 2nd Semester 2019: 6pm Wednesday 7 August 2019, Glebe PS 6pm Monday 2 September 2019, Glebe PS (Free childcare available at Centipede) The P&C meets regularly to discuss anything of interest to the school, parents or students. All parents and interested people are welcome to the meetings and may contribute to the discussion. Paid-up members of the association are entitled to vote on decisions at each meeting. The main P&C meetings are held twice each term on a Tuesday at 6.30pm in the library above the main school office. Dates at the end of each meeting for the next meeting. Typically the last meeting of the year is an informal and celebratory event at a local Glebe establishment. The AGM must be held according to the constitution within the first four months of the year and will receive the accounts for the previous financial year.In addition sub-committees meet between the full P&C meeting. They are a place for brainstorming and working with others to create events, workshop ideas and much more. |
